Include your order number, the email used at checkout and the issue. For damage, a wrong item or a print problem, attach clear photos of the case, packaging and shipping label.
Website or builder help
Include the page you were using, your phone or computer model, browser, what you tapped and what you expected to happen. A screenshot can help, but remove sensitive information first.
Accessibility help
Tell us which page or control created a barrier, the device or assistive technology you use, and the outcome you need. We will use that context to investigate a practical fix.
Privacy requests
Use the subject “Privacy request” and explain whether you want access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
