Choose the exact model
Open your iPhone settings and check the model name before ordering. Standard, Pro and Pro Max cases are not interchangeable. Memojee is not responsible for a fit problem caused by the customer selecting the wrong model, unless the supplied case differs from the model ordered.
Slim / Snap · £24.99
A slim, lightweight and snug-fitting impact-resistant polycarbonate case with a shatterproof shell and full-wrap dye-sublimation finish. Button and port openings show the phone body; the small raised camera lip carries the printed design.
Tough · £29.99
A model-specific dual-layer case with an impact-resistant polycarbonate outer shell and shock-absorbing black TPU inner liner, finished with a vibrant full 3D dye-sublimation wrap. The buttons and camera surround remain matte black rather than printed.
How the design is printed
The approved artwork is prepared for a model-specific dye-sublimation wrap. Slim artwork wraps the printable shell, including the small raised camera lip where the template permits. Tough artwork wraps the outer shell; its black TPU liner, buttons and camera surround remain unprinted.
Exact proof and curved edges
The review proof is the artwork authority for your order. Small portions designed near a curved edge may wrap away from the flat rear view. Camera openings and required hardware areas remain unprinted.
Colour and finish
Device screens, browser brightness and printed materials reproduce colour differently. Slight colour, gloss and edge-placement variation is normal. A substantial mismatch, production damage or obvious print defect should be reported for review.
Protection limits
A phone case can reduce everyday wear and impact but cannot guarantee that a phone will not be damaged. Memojee cases are not waterproof, and no case replaces careful handling or device insurance.
Care
Remove the phone before cleaning. Wipe the case gently with a soft damp cloth and mild soap, then dry it fully. Avoid solvents, bleach, abrasive cleaners, excessive heat, prolonged direct sunlight and bending the shell.
