This can include account identity and email; protected device-session identifiers; saved Bag lines and editable case recipes; names and artwork choices used in a design; phone model, case type and quantity; checkout and order references; delivery name and postal address; payment status, discounts and totals; support messages and evidence; privacy choices; and security or technical logs. Memojee does not store your full payment-card number or security code.
Why and lawful bases
Memojee uses information to provide the builder, save requested work, take and verify orders, produce and deliver cases, show order status and provide support. The main lawful basis is performance of a contract or steps you ask us to take before a contract. Legal obligation applies to accounting, tax, consumer and regulatory records. Legitimate interests apply to security, fraud prevention, service reliability and defending legal claims where those interests are not overridden. Consent applies to optional analytics or advertising technology.
Saved Bag and designs
To prevent a refresh or closed tab erasing your work, Memojee securely remembers the Bag, editable recipes and current draft linked to this browser. An essential protected cookie reconnects the device session. The session expires after about 400 days without renewal; clearing this site's browser data disconnects it. A saved preview is never treated as a paid order.
Checkout, payments and orders
Shopify processes secure checkout, payment and order information. Memojee receives the order and payment status needed to verify the purchase. Full payment-card details stay with Shopify and its payment providers rather than Memojee's case builder.
Production and delivery
Memojee shares the minimum order, artwork, recipient and delivery information needed with Prodigi and the relevant production, delivery and carrier providers. This is necessary to manufacture and deliver the personalised case.
Other recipients
Information may also be processed by website hosting, storage, identity, security and technical-service providers; professional advisers; and regulators or law-enforcement bodies where required. Memojee does not sell personal information.
International processing
Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where UK data-protection law requires it, Memojee relies on an applicable adequacy regulation or contractual and organisational safeguards supplied by the provider. Contact support to ask about the safeguard relevant to your information.
How long information is kept
Browser-linked Bag and draft sessions are designed to expire after about 400 days unless renewed. Operational delivery names and postal addresses in Memojee's paid-order store are scheduled for redaction 120 days after payment. Other order, payment, support, security and accounting records are kept only for the period reasonably needed for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention, tax, legal obligations and potential legal claims, then deleted or anonymised where practical. Shopify, Prodigi and payment providers apply their own retention duties to the records they control or process.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful use. Some rights are limited where information must be kept to fulfil an order, comply with law or establish or defend legal claims. Email a Privacy request; identity checks may be required.

You have the right to object to processing based on Memojee's legitimate interests. Explain the processing and your circumstances in a Privacy request. You also have an absolute right to object to direct marketing.
Cookies and device storage
Essential storage keeps the site secure, remembers the Bag and drafts, reconnects the protected device session and saves the privacy decision. Optional analytics and advertising stay off unless you actively allow them. If you allow advertising, Meta and TikTok may measure page visits and shopping-journey events such as case customisation, adding to Bag, checkout and a verified purchase. Automated decisions
The vibe quiz can automatically calculate an entertainment-style result from your answers, but Memojee does not use it to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Security
Memojee uses access controls, protected cookies, private server-side credentials, order verification and restricted artwork storage designed to protect customer and order data. No online system can be promised completely risk-free, so report a suspected security or privacy problem promptly.
Complaints
Contact Memojee first so the issue can be investigated. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data-protection regulator.
