These terms explain how UK customers order personalised Memojee phone cases.

Memojee is the trading name used for this store and is the seller described in these terms. Customer support: support@memojee.co.uk.
Email Memojee2. Who may order
The store currently accepts orders for delivery within the United Kingdom. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract, or have an adult place the order.
3. Products
Memojee sells made-to-order personalised phone cases. Product pages, the builder and Bag describe the selected phone model, case type, artwork, quantity and price. Promotional lifestyle images show presentation; the exact review proof is the order artwork authority.
4. Your personalisation
You are responsible for checking the selected phone model, case type, spelling, layout and quantity before payment. You must not submit unlawful, abusive or infringing text. Memojee may refuse or cancel an order that cannot lawfully or safely be produced and will refund any payment taken for an unaccepted order.
5. Prices, delivery and tax
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery is added separately using the service selected for the complete Bag. The secure checkout displays the final amount and any applicable taxes before payment. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before an order is accepted; if payment was taken, you will be offered the corrected price or a refund.
6. Discounts
A discount code is subject to its stated eligibility, expiry, usage and product rules. Unless the offer states otherwise, codes cannot be exchanged for cash, combined, applied retrospectively or used to remove delivery charges.
7. Placing and accepting an order
Selecting the payment button creates an obligation to pay the displayed total. Shopify processes the secure checkout. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and Memojee records the verified order for production. Memojee may cancel and refund an order it cannot verify, manufacture or deliver.
8. Personalised cancellation exception
Each case is made to your specification and clearly personalised. The usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right for distance sales does not apply, and Memojee does not accept change-of-mind cancellations or returns. This does not affect rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
9. Production and delivery
The current production estimate is 2–3 working days before dispatch, followed by the estimate for the selected service. Estimates are not guarantees. Memojee will deliver within any agreed deadline or, where none is agreed, within the period required by applicable law. Risk remains with Memojee until delivery to you or a person you identify.
10. Faulty or incorrect goods
Memojee must supply goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their normal purpose. Contact support within 7 days where possible for the fastest evidence review, but this request does not shorten your statutory rights. Memojee is not responsible for a fit or preference issue caused solely by the customer choosing the wrong phone model, case type, spelling or approved layout. This does not apply where the supplied item differs from the order, the builder or checkout was materially misleading, or the goods are otherwise faulty.
12. Artwork and licence
Memojee characters, stickers, logos, software and artwork remain owned by Memojee or its licensors. Buying a case transfers the physical item only and grants personal use of that item. It does not grant rights to copy, extract, sell, distribute or commercially exploit the artwork.
13. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. A case can reduce everyday wear and impact but cannot guarantee a phone will not be damaged.
14. Privacy
Memojee uses personal information to save designs, take and verify payment, manufacture and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud and comply with law. The Privacy notice explains lawful bases, sharing, retention and your rights.

Email support@memojee.co.uk with the order number and the outcome you seek. Memojee will try to resolve the complaint directly. These terms do not prevent you obtaining independent consumer advice or using any court or dispute route available by law.

These terms are governed by the law of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live. You may bring proceedings in the courts with jurisdiction where you live. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
17. Changes
The terms applying to an order are the version made available when that order is placed. Memojee may update future terms to reflect product, service or legal changes without retrospectively reducing rights on an accepted order.
